Cancellation/No Show Policy
Great Lengths Hair Gallery requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before cancelling or changing an appointment. A $25 “cancellation” or “no show” fee will be automatically charged to your next visit if we do not receive a minimum 24 hours’ notice.
The above does not apply to Hair Extension, up-styles or bridal party appointments – the regular deposit agreements apply.
At the end of each year Great Lengths Hair Gallery will donate a portion of all “cancellation” and “no show” fees to The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
Late Appointments:
Great Lengths Hair Gallery will try and accommodate, however if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Refunds:
No refunds on gift certificate services. Unused products may be returned for store credit within 7 days.
For your protection:
We cannot be responsible from loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. We cape all clients before each service and upon request we provide a smock for your protection during your visit.
