Cancellation/No Show Policy

Great Lengths Hair Gallery requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before cancelling or changing an appointment. A $25 “cancellation” or “no show” fee will be automatically charged to your next visit if we do not receive a minimum 24 hours’ notice. The above does not apply to Hair Extension, up-styles or bridal party appointments – the regular deposit agreements apply. At the end of each year Great Lengths Hair Gallery will donate a portion of all “cancellation” and “no show” fees to The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Late Appointments:

Great Lengths Hair Gallery will try and accommodate, however if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will have to be rescheduled. The above does not apply to hair Extension, up-styles or Bridal Party appointments – the regular deposit agreements apply.

Refunds:

No refunds on gift certificate services. Unused products may be returned for store credit within 7 days.

For your protection:

We cannot be responsible from loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. We cape all clients before each service and upon request we provide a smock for your protection during your visit.
